About the Paneer Tikka

It is a famous Indian appetizer where pieces of paneer / Indian cottages cheese marinated with yogurt / hung curd and spices and grilled until charred and served with mint or coriander chutney. It is generally cooked on charcoal tandoor that’s why it has a subtle charcoal flavor, and it is the popular way to cook paneer tikka in markets, restaurants, and hotels.
