Recipe Chicken Fajita Bowl:


  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. The Essence - Fajita Spice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Optional toppings: sliced avocado, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, lime wedges.


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken strips, sliced bell peppers, sliced onion, olive oil, and The Essence - Fajita Spice. Toss everything together until the chicken and vegetables are coated evenly.

  3. Spread the chicken and vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
