For shine you can also use lemon juice or vinegar mixed with salt to create a natural brass cleaner. Apply this mixture to the brass handi, let it sit for a few minutes, and then scrub gently. Rinse and dry.
For stubborn stains or tarnish, create a paste by mixing baking soda with a small amount of water. Apply the paste to the affected areas and gently rub with a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
