Refund policy

Please keep a note of the following conditions that must be met to obtain a refund:

1. The goods should not be damaged by mishandling/dropping/throwing and any other action whether done intentionally or unintentionally.
2. The original packing of goods including tags and labels should be intact.
3. Refunds will be provided by way of electronic transfer of funds into the buyer's designated bank account number. Cheques/Demand Drafts will not be issued.

4. We have a 30-days return policy, but the goods should not be damaged by mishandling/dropping/throwing or any other action whether done intentionally or unintentionally.

5. Free Return Shipping.
6. Please provide the following information while returning goods:
   • Your full name, bank name, account number, branch address & MICR code where a refund is sought.
   • Original bill sent with the goods.
   • Supporting logistics charges borne for sending the goods back.
