How can I pay for my order?

For International Buyers

Pay via International Debit / Credit Card or PayPal. 

At the checkout page, you can select to pay with your international debit or credit card via Stripe or can be paid via PayPal.

For Indian Buyers

Pay via International Debit / Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

At the checkout page, you can select to pay with your international debit or credit card via Stripe OR select Manual Payment Method".

In the Manual Payment method, first, place the order with this payment method and then make the payment via Online Bank Transfer. 

How do we ship the items?

We have tied up with international cargo service providers like DHL, Bombino, Shypmax, and Shiprocket to provide you best in class services in the shortest duration possible.

Some of our items are served from US Warehouses. You can see item location 'USA' on the item listing page to identify such products.

They are shipped via USPS from our Warehouse to your address.

What is the cancellation policy?

Each order passes through the following stages: Booked, Processing, Shipped & Delivered.

Once you buy an item, an order is created in your account with 'Booked' status. As soon as your order is accepted by our fulfillment team, the status becomes 'Processing'.

You can cancel your order till the time the status is either 'Booked' or 'Processing'. Once the status changes to 'Shipped', the order cannot be canceled.

What is the return policy?

We take your satisfaction very seriously. In case you receive a defective or damaged product, we are always ready to accept returns.
