Most flavored coffees lean on syrup. This one does not. We grind orange peel and cinnamon into the coffee itself, so what you smell when you open the pouch is what ends up in the cup.

Orange is the bigger of the two, and cinnamon stays in the background.

What to expect

A citrus top note, a little cinnamon at the end, and no sweetness. Think of it as a plain black cup with a zest of orange over it. Add sugar or milk if you want it softer.

Making it

Two level teaspoons (about 6 g) to 150 ml of hot water. Stir, then give it a minute so the grounds sink. A filter or French press works with the same amounts. For iced coffee, stir the two teaspoons into 50 ml of hot water first, then add ice and cold water.

It is fine-ground coffee, not instant, so you will find a little sediment at the bottom.

Is the orange flavoring or real peel?

Real orange peel. The ingredients list is just coffee, orange peel and cinnamon.

Can I use milk in it?

You can, but we do not put any in the pouch. Add your own at home.

Is there caffeine?

Yes, it is coffee. Please check with your doctor first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on regular medicines. Not for children.
